Not Everyone Will Like You. Good.

CEO Insights 21 Apr 2026

Discover how structured communication and proactive management turn brand challenges into long-term credibility.

Not Everyone Will Like You. Good.

There comes a point in every growing business where you unlock a new milestone.

Not revenue.

Not scale.

Not even profitability.

Criticism.

And not the polite kind.

The kind that shows up in WhatsApp groups. The kind that comes without context, without conversation, and definitely without both sides of the story.

Interestingly, this is also the stage where you realize something important:

If you’re building something real, not everyone is going to clap.

Some will question you. Some will misunderstand you. And some will confidently advise others to stay away from you without ever picking up the phone to speak to you. Fascinating, isn’t it?

At EntryTicket, we’ve worked with hundreds of partners, vendors, and event organizers. Most relationships are smooth. Some are complex. A few don’t work out.

That’s business.

But here’s what we don’t do:

We don’t run from conversations. We don’t hide behind forwards. And we definitely don’t build narratives in group chats.

We believe in something much simpler - clarity. If there’s an issue, we address it. If there’s a mistake, we fix it.

If there’s a disagreement, we talk it out.

Because real businesses are built on communication, not commentary.

Now here’s the ironic part.

The more visible you become, the easier it is for people to form opinions without context. It’s almost like success comes with… a free PR team you didn’t hire.

And honestly? We’re okay with that.

Because while conversations happen in groups, credibility is built in actions. So if you’ve worked with us, you already know how we operate. And if you haven’t, we’d rather you experience it firsthand than rely on secondhand opinions.

We’re not here to be liked by everyone.

We’re here to build something that lasts.

And that requires something stronger than approval. It requires consistency.
